Procurement
Open allReview the Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace (SCMP) once, and reduce the need to negotiate contracts for thousands of products from sellers that offer the SCMP.
Private offers and Channel Partner Private Offers allow you to negotiate custom terms and pricing that are not publicly available in AWS Marketplace. To request custom pricing, you can click on “request private offer” on product listing pages, or contact sellers directly.
Express private offers automate the delivery of custom pricing based on Partner-defined terms. Simply enter your requirements, and if you qualify, you’ll receive a personalized private offer matched to your needs.
While purchasing, you can assign a unique purchase order (PO) for each AWS Marketplace transaction. Post-subscription, you can update purchase order numbers for any future charges in the AWS Marketplace console. If you add a PO for any pay-as-you-go charges, you'll receive a monthly invoice for each purchase order. View a charge summary for each subscription in the AWS Marketplace console, including associated PO numbers, allowing you to track and manage your transactions.

Select US customers can apply for, utilize, and manage financing in the AWS Billing and Cost Management console through the financing program for AWS Marketplace. Financing is also possible through select sellers and other lenders outside of AWS Marketplace.
